The company “Werkzeugbau Lang” has been founded.

1986
Change of company name in “Lang Werkzeugtechnik GmbH”. Main focus of production is the manufacturing of steel - injection die-casting parts and hydraulic clamping fixtures.

1989
Construction of current office and production building.

1995
The product range has been extended by plastic- and aluminium parts.

1997
Market launch of innovative products like Vario•Tec - a variable resting system for work pieces, Clean•Tec – a cleaning propeller to remove chips and emulsion.
In time intervals, further products like Grip•Fix centre vices with holding teeth, Quick•Point – 0-Point clamping system and Moto•Speed HSC spindle have been successfully launched to Germany and European markets.

2007
Presentation of Lang’s Automation system “Eco•Tower” during EMO in Hannover. The system offers an inexpensive start in Automation combined with a minimum of electronic and mechanical complexity. Themed “Make the day to the night” the efficiency of the machine tool can be increase whereas personnel cutback is out of question. Main focus is the reduction of unproductive set-up cost.

2009
ISO 9001:2008 certification process solved successfully. Building completion of branch in Holzmaden near Goppingen. With that building new production and administration facilities have been created especially for the range of automation products. Furthermore the place provides space for further expansion in the future...
