Zero-Point Plates


Our case-hardened Quick-Point® pallets are available in general with 2 different distances for the clamping studs: 52 and 96 mm.
For both systems we provide a range of different shapes: whether round, squared or rectangular pallets – you will find a suitable pallet for your application.
The pallets are mounted to table by using T-slots or clamps. The alignment can be done by feather keys, dowel pins or by a fit bore at the backside of the pallet.
Alternatively we can provide a gauging pallet for alignment with a probe.
The actuation of the 0-point system is mechanically, however pneumatic or hydraulic solutions can also be realised.
